Simple terms for using P2lok.

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using P2lok, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Limited app license

Dreamify Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple standard licensed application terms.

3. Premium subscription

P2lok may offer a premium auto-renewable subscription that unlocks additional looks and features.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Any free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app.
• Use the app to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by Dreamify Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamify Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to the app or these terms

We may modify the app or these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
